Woah..what a difference!

I had a sub today after school and I picked up the napkin. I always noticed a bunch of writing on it but never really paid much attention to it, and it actually has a bunch of interestin information that I thought would be perfect for my blog.It tells you the amount of calories in a Subway meal compared to McDonalds and Burger King, I was so grossed out. A turkey 6 inch sub with apples and a diet soda is 315 calories in which only 6 are from fat. Now the nasty stuff...A Big Mac value meal is 940 calories, 64 are from fat, EW! Not to mention a Whopper value meal- 1030 calories! Seventy five of those being fat calories. How nasty is that? Yes, those might be good while you're eating it but the after math is not very yummy. Surprised at such a big difference?

I have also noticed those facts and I agree with it being nasty. To be honest though I am not even sure I would trust subway. I work at a restaurant and my the third day of work I swore I would never eat there, these places never seem clean and the food is put through disgusting things even though its said to be "clean". The only way I can trust that what I eat is clean and good for you is if I make it myself.

I totally believe that Subway is a great choice. It is healthy and compared to other places, healthy. I am actually very surprised by the difference. I always knew mcdonalds and burger king were not healthy, but I did not think that they were THAT bad.
