Thanksgiving was a success, atleast in my family. However, I might of eaten way to much! I love thanksgiving food and coming from a Latin family so do they! Stuffing yourself isn't necessarily too healthy but it definitely is allowed on this holiday. Turkey is a great source of iron, which I didn't have enough of for this blood drive and I am very upset. Other than that, how was everybodys Thanksgiving? What did you eat!?

My Thanksgiving was good and I probable ate way too much food especially pumpkin pie. I basically had all the typical Thanksgiving food and it was good, but also my grandma brought some food that she made. I had no clue wat it was and I didn't try it because it kind of looked weird. But, my parents and grandparents loved it so it must have been good. Now that Thanksgiving is over and we celebrated at our house we have a ton of left overs and we will be eating that food for at least the next week or two. I stuffed my mouth with food, but it's fine becuase it's one day and that can't hurt me.
My Thanksgiving was pretty awesome to say the least. I got to spend it with my grandparents that came from Venezuela, and I got to eat enough food for that night and next morning. It was crazy how much turkey everyone else that we invited took. It makes me think about how many turkeys actually get bred and killed simply for this holiday. Sounds horrible, even though the turkey might have been delicious. But what gives, overall, it was a good night with the family.
Thanksgiving in my family is always turkey, ham, and mashed potatoes. Basically the normal foods, but I made sure this time it would be different. the pervious day I marinated lamb for a curry that I was going to cook, I also got fresh fish to make sushi with my brother who taught himself when he was my age and topped it all off with veal, the most depressing and yet delicious food on this planet. Many of you may think that all these foods are disgusting but in my stomach they were able to create heaven. So you ask how my thanksgiving was? Great.
