Stress Relief!

Today I was extremely frustrated because of typical high school drama, which I despise and never am involved in. I didn't go crazy on anyone. I was actually very calm about the situation. What I decided to do was go to the gym and just run. I ran 2 miles and after it I was so tired, but I felt so much better. Not only did I feel better about the situation, but also about myself. I worked on my cardio, lost some calories, and got rid of the stress that came from unecessary drama. I also decided to go home after that and do all my homework. I am going to sleep early and it made me feel so much better. Point is... if you are disconcert one day and just don't know what to do because you are upset or just plain mad, don't say things to people because you will regret what you say when you are mad considering you don't think before you speak when in that state of mind. Go to the gym! Work on your health and get rid of that annoyance. Now that's what I call healthy stress relief. Exercising provides a distraction from the stress and it also pumps up your endorphins.
